Terms of Service for Relia

Welcome to Relia. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Relia application and its services. Relia is a tool that allows users to upload multiple images and convert them into KTV-style lyric videos by adding custom text content.

By accessing or using Relia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Relia. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Relia does not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.

2. Use of the Service

Relia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Upload or create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on others’ rights

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the images, text, and videos you create using Relia (“User Content”). However, by using the app, you grant Relia a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload such content.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Relia app, including its design, features, and underlying technology, are owned by the app provider and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without prior written consent.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Relia, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we collect and use your information.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Relia is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relia and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, content, or profits.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Relia at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the app or other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
